Blue car park

The project followed a study on parking conditions for a housing cooperative on Nattlandsveien, a suburban area in Bergen

The result was a blue curved structure over 2 floors, embedded in the existing terrain. The concrete construction is completed by facades with bright blue pvc pipes, allowing for natural ventilation. The main principle of the building is the formation of spaces, walkways and meeting places in the terrain, creating new social signals in the otherwise grey and autonomous postwar architecture.
