Straume Compact Urban Neighborhood
Amongst the first projects realized towards a compact new urban development, the projects are part of the area plans for the new coastal city at Sotra
The new dens neighborhood at Sartor, consist of two blocks of a total of seven to nine floors in a mix between housing, workplace and commercials. These buildings facilitate for good, common outdoor-areas on the cover of the commercial buildings, with residual buildings surrounding green courtyards where connections and light is achieved with view to the surrounding nature.
The urban life at Straume will at the same time give close proximity to the unique nature and coastal environment of Sotra.
