We aspire to contribute to the creation of a beautiful upgrade and expansion of Park Hotel Vossevangen, building upon Voss’s history of distinctive wooden architecture. The area plan opens up for a block structure, expressed through open blocks where beautiful green courtyards and fantastic views of the water provide a great setting for the hotel and residences.

The public plaza Holbergsplass connects the curch Vangskyrkja to the lake Vangsvatnet.
The new development at Park Hotel forms a respectful frame around the church and the public plaza. We emphasize that the architecture incorporates recognizable elements of the traditional architecture at Voss, such as pitched roofs, slate roof stone, wooden carvings, and a beautifully scaled-down expression.
The plaza Holbergsplass is transformed from a parking lot into a beautiful public space that extends from the church to the lake Vangsvatnet. The plaza will be used for recreation, play, outdoor café` and events such as outdoor concerts.
